Baddies for Business Calls

Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 14 July 2026 · Version 2026-08-v2

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Gonzalo San Martín Díaz de Terán, operating under the trading name “Baddies for Business Calls” ("Baddies", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). The Operator's full details, including the postal address for legal correspondence, are set out in the Legal Notice.

Baddies for Business Calls is a trading name and not a separate legal person. The Operator is a natural person, and is not registered for VAT (MWST); no VAT is charged.

By accessing, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Services

We provide professional on-camera host services for business video calls, meetings, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and other professional communications. Each on-camera professional is referred to as a "Host" (also "co-host").

Our Hosts participate in online business meetings to support engagement, presentation quality, and overall meeting experience.

Our services are intended solely for lawful business and professional purposes.

Baddies for Business Calls is offered exclusively for professional and business use. By booking, you confirm that the service is being purchased predominantly for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession.

The services must not be used for:

  • Dating
  • Companionship
  • Escort services
  • Adult entertainment
  • Sexual activities
  • Personal relationships
  • Any non-professional purpose

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our services.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws.

3. Bookings and Payment

The minimum booking duration is one (1) hour.

If a session exceeds the booked duration and the Host remains available, additional time may be billed in 10-minute increments ($29 per started 10 minutes, in the currency of the original booking) to the payment method used for that booking — only when Auto-extend was selected. Automatic billing is capped at 60 minutes per session; anything beyond that is reviewed by a person before any charge is made. Any overtime is confirmed after the session and you have 24 hours to query it before it is charged; after it has been charged you have three (3) days to dispute it. Extensions are subject to Host availability and are not guaranteed. With Hard stop, the Host leaves at the booked end time and no overtime is charged.

Standard bookings may be made up to fourteen (14) days in advance. Last-minute bookings may be available closer to the session, subject to Host availability and confirmation.

Optional paid add-ons may be offered at booking or as an upgrade, including Light Participation and Visual Setup Match. Add-ons are charged in addition to the base booking fee, are subject to Host availability, and are non-refundable once the corresponding session has been delivered.

You may choose to send an optional tip after a session. Tips are voluntary, are passed to the Host, and are non-refundable.

All fees must be paid in full before the booking is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We may make additional payment methods available from time to time.

A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and processed.

4. Rescheduling, Booking Credit and Cancellations

"Meeting Flex Guarantee" refers to our flexible rescheduling and booking credit policy. It is designed for genuine business schedule changes. If your meeting moves, we will try to reschedule the same co-host, offer a suitable replacement, or preserve your booking value as credit for a future call. We handle changes in this order of preference:

  • Move your existing co-host to the new time, whenever possible.
  • If your co-host is unavailable, offer an equivalent replacement co-host.
  • If neither is possible, preserve your booking value as booking credit.
  • A cash refund is used only as a last resort or where the issue is caused by us.

Cash refunds for client-initiated cancellations are not automatic. They may be requested and reviewed, and are provided where the issue is caused by us — for example, a co-host no-show, a co-host cancellation with no replacement, an operational failure, or a service we did not deliver — or where approved after review. Very late, repeated, or abusive changes may require manual review to protect co-host availability, and a client no-show does not qualify for an automatic refund.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or terminate any booking at our sole discretion. Where we cancel a booking for reasons unrelated to client misconduct, we will offer a full refund, booking credit, or a rescheduled session.

After a completed session you may be invited to leave feedback. If something goes wrong with a booking, you can report the issue to our support team for review.

Client No-Shows.The Client must join the scheduled meeting at the agreed start time using the meeting link provided. The Host will remain available for ten (10) minutes after the scheduled start time. If the Client does not join within that period, the booking may be classified as a Client No-Show. A confirmed Client No-Show is not eligible for a refund, booking credit, rescheduling credit or extension of the scheduled meeting time. If the Client joins after the scheduled start but within the ten-minute waiting period, the meeting will still end at its originally scheduled end time. This does not apply where the Client was unable to join because of an incorrect or inaccessible meeting link, a failure attributable to the Platform, the Host's absence, or another circumstance verified by Baddies for Business Calls.

5. Client Conduct

Clients must behave professionally, respectfully, and lawfully at all times.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate comments
  • Offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening language
  • Requests unrelated to the professional purpose of the booking
  • Attempts to obtain personal information from co-hosts
  • Attempts to contact co-hosts outside the platform
  • Any unlawful activity

We reserve the right to immediately terminate any session where prohibited conduct occurs. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

We may also permanently refuse future bookings from any client who violates these Terms.

6. Recordings and the Host's Image

For the purposes of this section, these Terms do not prohibit you from recording, transcribing, or documenting your own meeting for your own internal use.

You may not, however, publicly distribute or commercially exploit the image, likeness, voice, identity, or participation of any co-host without prior written consent. This includes publishing clips or screenshots, using them in advertising or on social media, presenting a co-host as a testimonial, endorsement, spokesperson, or permanent representative of your business, or using them to train, clone, or synthesize a voice or likeness.

Any unauthorized use of a co-host's image or voice may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Permanent suspension
  • Legal action

7. Confidentiality, Meeting Information and Engagement Privacy

Definitions.“Meeting Information” means information seen, heard, shared, or reasonably inferred by us or an assigned co-host while preparing for or carrying out your meeting and any related follow-up. “Engagement Information” means your identity and the fact, purpose, details, and results of your use of the service, including information that could reasonably be used to reconstruct the relationship.

Our confidentiality and non-use obligation. We, our personnel, and each assigned co-host will keep Meeting Information and Engagement Information confidential and will not use them for any purpose other than providing, protecting, and administering the service you booked. Without limitation, we will not, without your explicit written permission:

  • disclose Meeting Information or Engagement Information to any third party;
  • record, transcribe, screenshot, or retain meeting content beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service or to investigate an incident;
  • mine, profile, benchmark, or extract competitive or commercial intelligence from the engagement;
  • use the engagement for prospecting, marketing, publicity, portfolio, sales materials, or media relations;
  • list you as a client, use your name, brand, or logo, or publish a testimonial or case study;
  • disclose that you use the service; or
  • use Meeting Information or Engagement Information to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Discretion by default. We will not publicize the existence of your relationship with us, or any Engagement Information, without your explicit written permission, except where disclosure is required by law. This obligation runs only from us to you. Nothing in these Terms restricts you from disclosing, discussing, recommending, or referring your own use of the service.

Marketing consent is separate. Accepting these Terms, making a booking, leaving feedback, or taking part in the referral programme does not grant us any right to publish your name, brand, logo, quote, results, or case. Any such use requires separate, specific, written, and revocable marketing consent.

Every co-host is bound. We ensure that each assigned co-host is bound by written confidentiality, non-use, and non-publicity obligations that support the protections we provide to you.

Compelled disclosure. If we are legally required to disclose Meeting Information or Engagement Information, we will, to the extent permitted by law, give you prompt notice so you may seek protection.

Incident response. If we become aware of a confidentiality incident affecting you, we will investigate it, contain it, and notify you where appropriate.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to disclose, distribute, or misuse personal information relating to co-hosts, staff, contractors, or other clients. See Section 6 for recordings and the protection of a co-host's image and voice.

8. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Booking a co-host does not create:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Agency relationship
  • Any direct contractual relationship

between the client and the co-host. All services are provided exclusively through Baddies.

9. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any particular business outcome.

Without limitation, we do not guarantee:

  • Increased sales
  • Higher conversion rates
  • Improved close rates
  • Increased revenue
  • Better customer engagement
  • Business growth
  • Any other commercial result

The client acknowledges that our obligation is limited to providing the agreed service.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, images, text, designs, software, and materials are owned by us or licensed to us.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

11. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, quality issues, platform outages, software failures, connectivity problems, or equipment failures caused by:

  • The client's internet connection
  • Client devices
  • Client software
  • Third-party services
  • Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or any other external platform

Where technical problems occur on the client's side, the booking remains chargeable.

If technical issues on our side prevent the session from taking place, we may offer a rescheduled session or booking credit.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
  • We shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of reputation, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to any booking shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms or the NDA limits or excludes liability to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.

13. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly contact, hire, recruit, solicit, contract with, or otherwise engage any co-host outside the platform.

All communications, bookings, and commercial arrangements must be conducted through us.

Any attempt to circumvent the platform may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

  • Your misuse of the services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your unlawful conduct
  • Any claims arising from your participation in a booking

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Government actions
  • War or terrorism
  • Epidemics
  • Labor disputes
  • Platform outages or technical failures

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services and supersede all prior communications, understandings, representations, and agreements.

In the event of a conflict specifically concerning the definition, use, disclosure, protection, return or deletion of Confidential Information, or the duration of confidentiality obligations, the signed NDA prevails. In all other respects, the Terms remain in effect.

18. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, our services, pricing, policies, or procedures at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
